When it comes to CARE, we recommend the following: when vacuuming, use without a beater bar or set the bar to the highest pile setting and use a low power setting. Spot clean stains immediately with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and blot dry. Rotate the rug for even wear.

To enhance the durability and comfort of your rug, we ENCOURAGE the purchase of a RUG PAD, especially if you are placing it on a hard surface such as wood or tile flooring. Rug pads provide additional under-the-foot comfort. Please note that the rug pad is sold separately.

Finally, a word about SHIPPING: the rug will arrive factory rolled/folded and may have creases from packaging and compression from storage. These creases will normally flatten within 3-7 days.
