When vacuuming, it is recommended to use the rug without a beater bar or set the bar to the highest pile setting and use a low power setting. Spot cleaning stains immediately with a mild detergent, rinsing thoroughly, and blotting dry is also advised. Rotating the rug for even wear is recommended.

We encourage the purchase of a rug pad if the rug will be placed on a hard surface such as wood or tile flooring. Rug pads are also used for additional under the foot comfort. Rug pads are sold separately.

The rug is resistant to stains, shedding, and fading with proper care. When the rug arrives, it will be factory rolled/folded and may have creases from packaging and compression from storage. These creases should normally flatten within 3-7 days. To reduce or remove the creases, roll the rug with the pattern side up and massage the creases with your hands.
