When vacuuming, use without a beater bar or set the bar to the highest pile setting and use a low power setting. Spot clean stains immediately with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and blot dry. The purchase of a rug pad is encouraged if the rug is to be placed on a hard surface such as wood or tile flooring. Rug pads are also used for additional under-the-foot comfort. Rug pads are sold separately.

These rugs are designed to stand up against stains, shedding, and fading with proper care. When the rug arrives, it may be factory rolled/folded and have creases from packaging and compression from storage, but these normally flatten within 3-7 days. To reduce or remove creases, roll the rug, pattern side up, and massage the creases with your hands.
